2010 Awards Criteria

Check ONLY ONE category

Community Leader/Service

• An individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the community in service and/or leadership;

• Has displayed dedication to the welfare of the Casa Grande community and who opens paths so that others may follow;

• Demonstrates a deliberate and focused effort to improve our quality of life;

• Has been active in the Casa Grande community for one or more years, acting as an inspiration to the community and a credit to his/her business or profession;

• Is a member of or is affiliated with a member of the Greater Casa Grande Chamber of Commerce.

Business Leader

• Is the owner, manager, and/or CEO of a business; Doing business in the Casa Grande area for least three years;

• Demonstrates leadership in business success and growth;

• Demonstrates commitment to community;

• Demonstrates dedication to employees and customer service;

• Shows business leadership skills in adverse or unique situations;

• Must be a member of the Greater Casa Grande Chamber of Commerce.

Hall of Fame

• Embodies the spirit of volunteerism and “giving back” to the community;

• Shows continued, significant, long-term contribution to the business and civic communities;
• Makes a deliberate and focused effort to improve the quality-of-life in our community;

• Helps to impact and shape Casa Grande in a positive manner;

• Is a member of or is affiliated with a member of the Greater Casa Grande Chamber of Commerce.

Nomination form must indicate significant contribution to the community.
